The phone reader project
The phone reader is the title of my project this year. I have been working on it with Mr James Connan, my supervisor. It is related to image processing.
The project consists of developing a system that allows a user to photograph a text, so that the phone can read that text for him. It also offers the possibility for the user to choose a language for the reading of the text or its translation.
Who can use it?
- Blind people
- Dyslectics
- Illiterates
- Non-natives speakers
